About

A bit about me....

I remember wanting to become a therapist at the age of 19, discovering the helping profession of Social Work for the first time. Over the last 20 years, I have worked in many helping roles both in clinical and in therapeutic capacities. I love what I do; what a gift to bear witness to the deepest most intimate parts of a person’s life and to hold space so that the healing can begin to unfold.

I grew up in a rural and very remote town in the mountains of Northern B.C. My own experience of childhood complexities deeply inform my approach to therapy.
Aside from being a therapist, I love spending my time with my family (including dogs), being out in nature, practicing yoga and creating art of almost any kind.
